Vriendelijk personeel die goed Engels Spreken. Wij moesten vroeg op omdat we een vroege vlucht hadden. Daarom stond er een ontbijt klaar om mee te nemen. Het hotel zit midden in de wijk old quarter. Kamers waren schoon. Bed was goed. Dagelijkse schoonmaak.

Er wordt naast het hotel gebouwd. Die draaien 24 uur per dag door. Ik kon wel gewoon slapen,maar de uitkijk vanuit het balkon was minder. Al met al een super fijn hotel.

The staff! First rate, top notch. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate. Shout out to Shawn, Roger and the others who i embarrassingly forgot their names.

There is nothing I did not like. Without hesitation, I would stay there again!

Ich habe mich in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt das Personal Roger, Shawn sind super freundlich und Tien ist überaus freundlich Aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, Sie Roger und Shawn mich bei allem sehr unterstützt. Sie sind mir sehr ans Herz gewachsen, ich komme wieder. Das Hotel ist sehr nah an der Altstadt ein MIchelin Restaurant ist 1 min Fußweg entfernt.

I was booked a room at Golden Legend Boutique Hotel (4 Star) @10 Chan Cam, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. But when I arrived at the Hotel. They send me to another Hotel and told me that both Hotels are partner together, ,and the Hotels they put me in is (2star) Golden Legend Diamond @18 Chan Cam Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. WTH??? I am getting tired of this bullshit booking online.. I am paying for what I asked for and it's always happens when the customers got there?

Location was great easy to explore Old Quarter, but the staff were amazing ! They couldn’t do enough for us and were so helpful !
