⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience. The room was very dirty and proper cleaning and hygiene were clearly missing. The sofa was also very dirty. The AC was not working properly. The worst part was that when we entered the room, a rat came out from the AC and ran away. We immediately informed the hotel staff and asked them to fix the AC, but even though it was around 8 PM, they told us to somehow manage for the night and said that someone would come in the morning to fix it. This is completely unacceptable, especially when guests are paying for a hotel room and expect basic cleanliness, hygiene and working facilities. The food was also not good and did not meet our expectations. Overall, a very poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their cleanliness, maintenance and food quality.
