The location of this property was perfect. Right on the beachfront, with numerous restaurants, spas and convenience marts just around the corner. There are also some great local coffee shops nearby if you want to sit amongst the locals and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff were exceptional. Nothing was ever a problem, and they were always friendly, welcoming and happy to assist us with anything we needed, including organising tours and car bookings. Their helpfulness really added to our stay.

The location of this property was perfect. Right on the beachfront, with numerous restaurants, spas and convenience marts just around the corner. There are also some great local coffee shops nearby if you want to sit amongst the locals and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff were exceptional. Nothing was ever a problem, and they were always friendly, welcoming and happy to assist us with anything we needed, including organising tours and car bookings. Their helpfulness really added to our stay.

The only downside to our stay was the beach club directly opposite the hotel, which played loud music until around 11:30pm each night. While this was outside the hotel’s control, it was quite noisy and could be disruptive if you were wanting an early night.

Auf einer Seite Baustelle - unbedingt bei Buchung die andere Seite verlangen. Im Frühstücksbereich ist das Personal eine Katastrophe- unfreundlich, grüßen einen nicht und können nur Vietnamesisch - in so einem Bereich eigentlich nicht möglich.

Several staff members not friendly and it seems they don’t like their job. Pool beds very dirty, rest room same. Breakfast area very noisy. Not clean!!

The room service food wasn’t good. The pizza was soggy. We were told to give a review of our stay upon checkout, the staff member stood there telling us to make the review now and was quite pushy. They also tried to tell us to give them a 5 star review. It felt very pushy and rude.
