Very good location easy walk to town. Bus stops very close. Very lovely view towards the lake and town. Quiet and comfortable. Easy to check in and check out with nice staff members. Good kitchen facility, comfortable beds and a good space to rest after enjoying the adventures of Queenstown.

Could have a little more attention to the cleanliness of the shower, and perhaps a vacuum of the living room during our 1 week stay. But this did not detract from our relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Dirty dishes left by previous guests 🧽 When you arrived, there were dirty dishes left in the cupboard by the guests before you. Staff told you they don't do dishes at all. You felt there should be checks to make sure dishes put away in the cupboards are actually clean before the next guests arrive. 2. Inconsistent housekeeping 🛏️ The compendium stated that staff wouldn't move guests' personal belongings to make the beds, which you understood and thought was reasonable. However, on the second day, staff moved your friend's belongings to make his bed, which contradicted the stated policy. 3. Unclear and inconsistent standards You were disappointed that the cleanliness and housekeeping didn't match what you expected from your accommodation. You wanted clearer, more consistent practices between the written rules and what staff actually did.
