Room was dirty. The floor was not sweep or mopped only one towel was available when I checked into my room.

Filthy, not maintained, loads of homeless and some were watching me. I had to change rooms after checking in because the first was worse than the second one. Bathroom ceiling looking like it could cave in, both rooms smelled like ashtrays, not clean, bugs in room and later found in my purse, ripped furniture, bed sunk in, ac unit held together with tape, nail polish on furniture, had to change rooms, plumbing issues and maintained cane and left it a mess. A man followed me upon checkout in the parking lot asking about smoke. Yes it’s motel 6 but most have some kind of standard as I just stayed in one in Bishop CA and it was doable.
