我们进去的第一个房间闻起来像香烟烟味，非常脏，门上有洞，开关不靠谱。问接待员是否可以换房，他们很乐意地帮我们换到另一个房间，稍微好一点，但仍有发霉的味道，有点脏，淋浴间的水很冷，热水不出来
