住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.4

Rooms and public areas frequently described as clean; pool generally noted as clean but a few reviewers reported the pool was dirty at times.

• Service9.2

Staff repeatedly described as friendly and attentive (helpful English speakers, special honeymoon gestures, chef mentioned), strong positive sentiment for service.

• Location8.6

Multiple mentions of a good, tranquil location (near a mini market and close to the racetrack); some guests noted it is farther from the most beautiful northern beaches or the central area.

• Room Quality9.0

Rooms described as comfortable and spacious with good beds, shower and in-room appliances (microwave, fridge/freezer, A/C); some reports of stiff beds, stairs to rooms and limited soundproofing.

• Amenities8.4

On-site amenities include a pool, parking and basic breakfast; rooms often have appliances. Minor negatives: occasional pool cleanliness issues, few suitcase stands, no clothesline, parking gate closes after 9pm.

• Value for Money8.9

Several reviews explicitly note good value for the price and willingness to return; a minority commented it felt expensive for the level of service.

• Food and Beverage8.1

Breakfast is described as simple but tasty (eggs cooked to order, omelette recommended); repeated comments about limited variety and repetition day-to-day.

• Overall Experience9.0

Overall highly positive guest experience: many recommend the hotel, report comfortable stays, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere; few recurring negatives do not dominate overall sentiment.
