Struttura molto bella, pulita e funzionale. Colazione abbondante, posizione centralissima. Ma la cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è stato il personale. Gentilissimi, tutti ci hanno aiutato a recuperare il bagaglio che era rimasto alla destinazione di partenza, parlando con la compagnia aerea belga e con gli uffici dell'aeroporto. Tanto basta. Se hai un personale che è a tua disposizione, sempre col sorriso a noi francamente è già un criterio di selezione per tornare.

Le camera era minimale. Quindi va bene per un soggiorno breve di pochi giorni, nel caso meglio chiedere una camera più ampia. Comunque la camera è pulita e curata, c'è tutto il necessario ma non c'è bollitore per un the o un caffè. Questa cosa non è grave perché il bar al piano terra è sempre aperto per ogni necessità, quindi questo commento è più un consiglio che una critica.

Tolle FUNKTIONALITÄT, die Zimmer sind klein, aber es ist an alles gedacht- und so ist es gemütlich und bequem und, gerade hier im Brüsseler Motelone, auch sehr schön! Der Empfang, die Bar, der Frühstücksraum, der Innenhof. Wunderbares Personal!

Kleine Mängel: der Abfluß in der Dusche war nicht ganz in Ordnung- und beim Frühstücksbuffet wünsche ich mir EINE Serial Art ohne Zucker, vielleicht einfach eine Schüssel mit simplen Haferflocken?

The only thing the room was so tiny we didn't know where to put all our luggages. And there isn't a kettle/coffee machine available in the room.

Das das Personal Französich konnte, was leider in vielen Hotels in Bxl nicht mehr der Fall ist.

Das am Kaffeeautomaten NUR warmes Wasser für Tee kam. Ausserhalb der Öffnunszeiten der Bar könnte es doch Möglich sein das dort auch Kaffee angeboten wird. Wir waren in Gent in einem Hotel was weniger Komfort hatte und dort war es möglich.
