La stanza grande e spaziosa, il letto enorme e veramente confortevole. Lo staff impeccabile, cordiale e gentile. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli dovendo stare via due giorni per poi ritornare a prenderli.

The hotel staff was so friendly. We were welcomed with open arms. Baggage drop us possible. The hotel lies in the vicinity of the Water Puppet Theatre and the Ngòc Son Temple. There is a rooftop bar with cocktails and mocktails. The staff here is equally nice. Breakfast was copious: there is a buffet and you can choose something from the breakfast menu: from pancakes or eggs if you like western style breakfast or pho if you want a Vietnamese start of the morning. Our family room was spacious, we had a minibar and comfortable beds. Amenities were plenty. We really liked our stay here.
