住客評價分析

• Cleanliness7.7

Mixed mentions: pools and sheets often described as very clean, but multiple guests reported dirty hallways, so-so room cleaning and unkempt pool pergola seating.

• Service9.0

Generally praised reception and helpful staff in several reviews (staff were 'awesome', good attention at reception/restaurant), though some reports of unfriendly or difficult breakfast staff and occasional front-desk access issues.

• Location9.3

Consistently positive: convenient, near supermarkets and bus stop, easy to reach; many guests highlight the excellent location.

• Room Quality7.4

Mixed: some rooms described as spacious, clean and well-equipped, but others noted old bathrooms, hard or squeaky beds, AC or hot-water problems and one guest given a different room than reserved.

• Amenities7.6

Pool and parking praised and considered a strong point, but kitchenette often lacked utensils, no hairdryer reported, no bar for drinks; some onsite areas show maintenance shortcomings.

• Value for Money9.5

Multiple guests emphasize good price ('Bueno, bonito y barato', price cited as a pro) and recommend the hotel for the cost, supporting a high value score.

• Food and Beverage7.5

Breakfast frequently described as basic but tasty; however options are limited/repetitive, some guests found food only mediocre and reported unfriendly breakfast staff; no full bar available.

• Overall Experience8.4

Overall positive impression driven by location, pool and good value—several repeat guests and recommendations—tempered by maintenance, cleanliness inconsistencies and occasional service hiccups.
