We have been visiting Citadines since 2017 many times. The facilities are OK. Except for the restaurant Manifesto. Hen you are a regular guest you expect a personal welcome. This time I assume the receptionist was new, so there was no personal welcome. Client Satisfaction is important for a hotel so the reception was not in a good shape. Happily we met an employee who recognized us immediately and he helped us perfectly.

When I requested to tranfer us from double twin beds to 1 king beds, we were transferred rught away.

I had no concrete plans on my birthday. And in an impulse, I messaged my friend, Nikki, that I am going to book a room in Citadines Makati on the spot. I said I will be celebrating my birthday there with my daughter. It was my first time experiencing the place, it was so nice and clean. Nikki even arranged a surprise birthday cake and song for me together with the other staff, Ramon, Daryl, Stephanie, Rase & Rick. Thanks to all of you! Everything that you need is readily available in the room. Food in the restaurant are clean, fresh, and sumptuous. It was my first time experiencing a hybrid breakfast option. All of the hotel staff that I encountered are friendly and accommodating. Thanks also to Rick, Pol, & Bert. Thank you to everyone, especially to Nikki Rivera, for going the extra mile in making my 37th birthday extra special. Will definitely book again!

Special thanks to the desk staff- Einee, Christian, Jillian and Ricky, the restaurant manager Sir Elly and the housekeeping staff, especially Tine and J.M; the waitresses especially Gwen, Cherry, Badeth, Aubrey, Mark and Lyn; for their execellent service; the gym attendants, Aiza and Roy for being so helpful and encouraging; and the security guards, especially Meljo, for always being courteous and welcoming. Thank you all for always making our stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. God bless you all, and keep up the excellent work!
