Perfect location if you're flying in or out of Terminal 3 Haneda. You can walk straight between the terminal and the hotel without going outside. It really couldn't be closer. There is a good choice of places to eat upstairs in Terminal 3 which you can easily walk through to. Leaving Japan, we got the monorail to Terminal 3, easy to walk through into the hotel with our cases, dinner in the terminal, nice quiet stay and then so convenient for the dawn wake up for the flight home. Room a little bit dated but very clean, good bathroom, we had a superior twin room which was a reasonable size, it had all you need for an airport stayover.
