When ever you travel, you must anticipate problems arising. What impresssed us about this location was the manner it attended to the problems we encountered. For example, when the city unexpectedly shut off the municipal water system and we were left without water in our room, we were promptly notified, remedial action ensured and the problem was resolved. Everyone at the hotel, most particularly the owner, Tony Stern, personally apologized for the inconvenience and endeavored to insure that we had a wonderful experience in his hotel!

Wir wurden vom ersten Moment an sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das kostenlose Upgrade auf ein grösseres Zimmer. Da wir schon mehrmals in Südafrika unterwegs waren, wissen wir diese schöne Geste besonders zu schätzen! Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar eine eigene Küche, in der man sich das Frühstück selbst zubereiten konnte. Der Kühlschrank war bereits mit vielen leckeren Sachen für das Frühstück gefüllt, sodass es uns an nichts fehlte. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Der Poolbereich hat uns leider nicht besonders angesprochen. Der künstliche Rasenteppich wirkte wenig einladend, und insgesamt war der Bereich recht einfallslos und lieblos gestaltet. Mit etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail und einer gemütlicheren Gestaltung könnte man hier eine deutlich schönere Atmosphäre schaffen.
