住客評價分析
- Cleanliness7.2
Mixed mentions: several guests praised clean, recently remodeled rooms, but there are direct complaints about dirty sheets and occasional lack of warm bedding.
- Service9.6
Consistently strong positive remarks about friendly, attentive reception staff and helpful service; isolated negative incident in the kitchen area noted but overall service is repeatedly highlighted as a strength.
- Location6.5
Mixed but leaning negative: convenient for airport/center for some guests, yet multiple reviewers warn that the immediate area feels unsafe at night and streets can be worrying.
- Room Quality8.2
Rooms described as spacious with comfortable beds and modern updates; some specific problems reported (faulty door, TV/internet outages, lack of chair or extra blankets).
- Amenities7.4
Breakfast and basic amenities are present and generally OK, but guests report intermittent internet/TV failures, non-working toiletry dispensers, and limited options in the kitchen service.
- Value for Money7.5
Mixed: some call it good value for a short stay or post-flight rest, while others feel the price is high for what is offered and expected discounts were not honored.
- Food and Beverage7.8
Breakfast is frequently praised as good and included, though several guests mention limited variety and modest seasoning; the on-site restaurant/service is described as weak by some.
- Overall Experience9.8
Overall positive impressions: many guests report a good or excellent stay, praising breakfast, bed comfort and staff; negatives (location safety, some amenity/service lapses) did not dominate most reviews.
