- Service8.5
Many comments praise friendly, helpful and Russian-speaking staff at reception; a few reports of impatient breakfast service and awkward lobby/bar interactions.
- Location9.0
Frequently highlighted as a strong point: central, within walking distance of the beach, night market and shops; a minority mentioned it felt a bit far for them.
- Room Quality8.4
Rooms described as comfortable and well maintained; occasional small faults that were promptly fixed; some rooms can be noisy due to central location.
- Amenities7.4
Mixed feedback: pool considered disappointing by some, paying extra for beach sunbeds, lobby bar had limited availability/reservations and overall limited on-site amenity offerings.
- Value for Money8.7
Several guests noted good value — affordable rates, breakfast included for many, and overall worth choosing for a holiday stay.
- Food and Beverage7.2
Very mixed: some guests praised an outstanding, varied breakfast, while others found breakfasts skimpy or limited (specific issues with items and lack of fresh fruit reported).
- Overall Experience8.7
Overall positive impressions with repeat guests and strong location/service; however some guests were disappointed by noise, clientele mix and inconsistencies in breakfast/amenities.
