住客評價分析

• Cleanliness9.4

Multiple reviews note the hostel is very clean and 'exceptionally clean'; consistently positive cleanliness comments overall.

• Service9.1

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, welcoming and helpful (upgrades noted), though a few mentions (reception vaping/smoking) and minor inconsistencies temper a perfect score.

• Location9.5

Frequently praised as great location — walking distance/15 minutes to Surfers Paradise beach and easy tram access; strong positive consensus.

• Room Quality7.8

Mixed comments: comfortable beds and occasional private-suite upgrade, but issues reported include thin walls, bathrooms inside bedrooms, lack of parking and missing toiletries.

• Amenities9.1

Onsite pool, lounge areas, breakfast and kitchen mentioned positively; some note limited indoor communal space in winter — generally good amenities.

• Value for Money9.3

Multiple reviewers highlight excellent value, reasonable pricing for food and stays, and good overall value for money.

• Food and Beverage9.0

Free breakfast and onsite food repeatedly praised as very good; a few reviewers felt the breakfast was not glamorous or had minor criticisms, but overall positive.

• Overall Experience9.6

Strong overall recommendations, many guests would stay again and explicitly recommend the hostel; occasional minor issues did not materially affect overall satisfaction.
