The location of the hotel was good. The breakfast was also good, and the staff in the breakfast area were friendly and provided good service. However, the friendliness and helpfulness of the rest of the staff were not up to standard one would expect. On our first evening, a waiter brought a complimentary bowl of fruit to our room at 9;30 pm. While the gesture was appreciated, the timing was inappropriate, paticularly at that time of the evening.

The room itself felt tired and dated, and the shower head was not functioning properly and was rusty. Overall, the room was certainly not up to the standard we expected from a “Junior Suite”. When paying more for a Junior Suite than for a standard room, one naturally expects a higher level of quality, comfort and service. There were also dirty marks on the floor, which I reported to reception the following day.

Rapport qualité-prix. 650 Euros/nuit (sans déjeuner) n'est pas justifié pour cet hôtel. L'hôtel est très bien, le personnel sympa, mais ne devrait pas être au-dessus de 200-250 Euros/nuit. Infrastructure de charge de voitures en panne (bien que nous ayons envoyé trois mails préalablement pour les avertir que nous avions vraiment besoin de charger en arrivant). Ce n'est pas acceptable à ce niveau de prix.

I loved the location; it was easy to get to Milan's main sights, and the restaurant/bar had an amazing view. The rooms were spacious and well kept. The ability to get a private car to the airport was a plus.

Well located to major attractions yet away from tourist hoards. I requested a fruit platter for breakfast rather than à la carte or buffet. They prepared a great fruit platter.
