High quality hotel with friendly staff. Location was great! It was peaceful and very close to Nampo, so you could easily walk there. Bus left right outside of the hotel and the subway was also close by so exploring different places in Busan was very easy. The closeness of Busan Station was also very convenient. Loved having a convenience store downstairs :)

The wifi connection kept disconnecting quite a lot. The ac being directed towards bed was not great.

This is a fantastic hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, ideally located with easy access to buses, metro and Busan station. The breakfast is amazing, definitely worth paying extra for. The rooms are spacious and have excellent facilities; ours was on the 25th floor so we had an amazing view of the harbour too. Would highly recommend!
