Wrong information was put on booking.com regarding the hotel food and beverages discount. Hotel staff at reception didn't accept whatever discount was mentioned on booking.com page on F and B even though they had mentioned everything on booking.com. Even 10 percent discount was overlooked by the team.

The hotel service is not good. They only provide hot water when we specifically ask for it. Also, when we arrive or leave, nobody comes to assist us with our luggage or provide proper assistance. The staff should be more attentive, welcoming, and helpful to guests without waiting to be asked. Overall, the hospitality and customer service need significant improvement.
