住客評價分析
- Cleanliness7.5
Mixed mentions: some guests said rooms were clean, but several noted corridor dampness and aesthetic/maintenance issues and one review reported an outdated shower with very weak water pressure.
- Service9.0
Strongly positive: multiple comments praise attentive, friendly staff and managers who upgraded rooms, solved issues, and went out of their way to make stays special.
- Location9.5
Consistently praised: very close to the beach, short walk to Dizengoff/central spots, excellent central location for Tel Aviv activities.
- Room Quality8.5
Generally positive: many guests enjoyed renovated, stylish rooms, balconies with sea views and spacious layouts; some minor maintenance concerns noted in corridors.
- Amenities8.5
Positive mentions (jacuzzi on the terrace, pleasant outdoor breakfast area) but limited detail on other amenities; parking is available but sometimes charged (see value/cons).
- Value for Money8.0
Generally viewed as good value ('worth it') by several guests, though parking fees and a slightly downgraded breakfast vs. prior visits tempered impressions.
- Food and Beverage8.0
Breakfast is described as good and upgraded by many, with pleasant outdoor options; a few guests asked for more variety and noted it was not as strong as on earlier visits.
- Overall Experience9.0
Overall very positive: numerous enthusiastic recommendations, memorable service, sea-view rooms and comfortable stays despite a few maintenance/food-related caveats.
