住客評價分析

• Cleanliness7.5

Mixed reports: many guests praise daily cleaning and describe the hostel as very clean, but several reviews note dirt, bugs, stained pillows/mattress and beds in poor condition.

• Service9.2

Mostly positive: staff repeatedly described as helpful, kind and professional; a few incidents (door opened without knocking, occasional training issues) lower the score slightly.

• Location9.5

Consistently praised: steps away from the beach, close to shops and bus lines; many reviewers highlight the excellent, convenient location.

• Room Quality7.0

Several complaints about small rooms, old/noisy air conditioning, inadequate ventilation and some reports of worn beds; a few guests found rooms comfortable.

• Amenities8.8

Good amenities noted: free coffee, rooftop kitchen, beach gear loan (towels, chairs, inflatables), cheap laundry; issues include noisy AC, limited outlets, occasional odor and Wi‑Fi/building mix-ups.

• Value for Money9.0

Frequently described as excellent value with inexpensive services (laundry) and useful included amenities, contributing to high perceived value.

• Food and Beverage7.5

Mixed but modest: complimentary coffee is appreciated and breakfast is offered, though several guests call the breakfast very basic (mini pancakes and coffee).

• Overall Experience9.5

Generally positive overall: many guests highly recommend the place for location, staff and cleanliness, though some had significant issues (noise, AC, occasional dirt or party guests).
