It wasn’t clean enough, the apartment needs refurbishment.

Die Lage war sehr gut, alles zu fuß erreichbar.

Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität! Alles sehr heruntergekommen und definitiv renovierungsbedürftig. Die Dachterrasse war einfach nur Traurig, absolut kein vergleich zu den Bildern, welche man vor Buchungsabschluss zu sehen bekommt! Der Wasserhahn war locker, mit einer Hand konnte man Ihn nicht anmachen. Die Steckdose neben dem Bett hing raus und war nicht mehr in der Wand befestigt. Alle Fenster gingen zu einem Innenhof, indem ein Restaurant war. Bis in die Nacht laute Menschen, am Wochenende sogar mit Live-Musik.

Niesprawny telewizor, za ciemno w ciągu dnia. zbyt wczesna godzina opuszczenia pokoju- 10.30. Trochę nie ładny zapach w łazience. Drzwi szklane do sypialni za małe ( wystająca szklana ściana jest za długa. W nocy jest tak ciemno że można o nią zaczepić ) zdecydowanie lepszym rozwiązaniem byłyby dwa przykrycia a nie jedno duże. Chodzi o spanie w nocy,

Die Lage ist sensationell. Man ist in 1 Minute mitten im Leben und in 3 Minuten im Zentrum. Der Vermieter reagiert sehr schnell auf Anfragen und ist sehr freundlich.

Appartamento con molti aspetti da migliorare. Le foto di booking non sembrano reale. Primo: il bagno ha una perdita d'acqua; il pavimento si allaga costantemente. Secondo: la doccia è molto vecchia, il bagno è molto vecchio e le pareti del salotto sono molto sporche. Terzo: non c'è una presa elettrica su un lato del letto matrimoniale e non c'è un comodino - mi ha impedito di lasciare le mie cose e caricare il telefono vicino di notte per guardare netflix. Quarto: la stanza è incredibilmente rumorosa a causa dei vicini e sopratutto del bar al piano di sotto, dove ogni sera c'è un concerto o della musica, come se suonassero in camera da letto. anche il patio d'ingresso sembra vecchio e non fa una buona impressione. Wifi molto debole et spesso in perdita di connessione.
