住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.3

Multiple guests praise very clean bathrooms, kitchen and common areas (some even note shoe removal at entrance). One guest reported not having sheets placed on arrival (despite paying extra) and others noted lack of bed curtains, lowering the score slightly.

• Service8.2

Staff provided clear late check-in instructions and reacted quickly to requests; luggage drop-off on arrival was sometimes free but extended storage may be charged. Some guests reported limited travel advice and minor check-in miscommunications.

• Location9.5

Consistently highlighted as a major positive: very close (walking distance) to the central station, Arlanda Express, and within 20–25 minutes to Gamla Stan — convenient for travelers.

• Room Quality7.8

Mixed feedback: some found beds comfortable and rooms adequate for short stays; others were surprised/unhappy to find capsule-style beds with no extra storage or curtains, and small room sizes for some bookings.

• Amenities9.0

Strong amenities presence: sauna, well-equipped shared kitchen, multiple relaxation areas, adequate number of bathrooms/showers, plus an on-site bar/restaurant (Nomad) — all frequently mentioned positively.

• Value for Money9.0

Several guests describe the property as convenient and inexpensive while still comfortable and clean, indicating high perceived value for money.

• Food and Beverage8.5

An on-site bar/restaurant (Nomad) is present and noted by guests, but reviewers did not comment in detail on food quality; presence is a positive factor.

• Overall Experience7.7

Overall impressions are positive (clean, convenient, comfortable common spaces), but isolated negatives — unexpected capsule beds, missing bed linen on arrival, and small service annoyances (changing codes, luggage fees) temper the top score.
