Very small room. If you want to drink coffee or tea, you should place a kettle on the floor. The pillows were terrible. When I asked to change them, they changed them for no better quality. It is a shame for 4-star hotel.
Well appointed rooms, great location for walking around Lisbon, lovely service and great shower. Loved it overall.

Disappointed with the size of the balcony, I had expected the room I booked to have the balcony that’s shown on the picture and I booked specifically that room type for that reason. Aside from that I couldn’t fault it and I would stay again.
