The space was clean and comfortable, the staff and full breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for what we needed.

While our room technically had a view of the space needle, I think the photos misrepresented what we were getting. Having to crouch down and look up out the window to see something isn’t really the same as having a view of it.
Staff was nice, shower was incredible

Your policy of charging $25 to get access to our room 3 hours earlier because our train arrived earlier than 4pm check in was incredibly off-putting. The Inn at the Market and Paramount Hotel where we’ve stayed in the past did not do that. That money grab was unnecessary. And to say to someone the room is ready to go, but we want more money to let you up earlier - after we were already spending $1,000 for two nights…..tainted the entire weekend. I hope you all enjoyed that $25.
The staff, breakfast, close to the event and space needle beautiful view, so clean and comfortable 👌!!!
