- Cleanliness6.8
Mixed: several reports of mold in shower curtain, humidity smell and occasional dirt (pool bottom); some guests also reported rooms being very clean.
- Service9.5
Generally positive: multiple mentions of excellent and attentive staff, friendly night receptionist and good attention from personnel.
- Location9.8
Very positive: repeatedly praised for excellent location near the sea, center and covered parking; convenient for beach and town.
- Room Quality6.0
Several negatives: poor sound insulation, very soft/uncomfortable mattresses, faulty plugs, broken or noisy bathroom extractors, central climate issues and worn finishes.
- Amenities8.4
Strong on pools (heated indoor/outdoor highly praised) and a basic but usable gym; some maintenance issues (dirty pool bottom at times) and no on-site restaurant.
- Value for Money7.0
Below target: some guests feel price is high for the level of maintenance and comfort; comments that it doesn't fully match a 4-star expectation.
- Food and Beverage7.5
Basic: breakfast described as simple/basic by multiple guests; F&B offerings are limited but functional.
- Overall Experience9.0
Generally positive overall due to location, pleasant common areas and excellent pools, though marred by maintenance, noise and room comfort issues for some guests.
