住客評價分析
- Cleanliness6.5
Some cleanliness concerns reported (exposed trash bags in hallways); overall not consistently maintained.
- Service9.6
Consistently praised staff (notably 'JP') — welcoming, helpful, quick at check-in and with requests; staff friendliness is a strong positive.
- Location9.6
Repeatedly highlighted as excellent — directly in front of Robinson Mall, near restaurants and shops and only ~7–8 minutes from the airport.
- Room Quality6.0
Mixed to negative: small bathrooms, noisy or ineffective A/C, basic/simple rooms, uncomfortable beds, and at least one case of receiving a lower-grade room than booked.
- Amenities6.8
Mixed amenities: pool exists but was under repair for some guests; shuttle service available but some issues reported; no lift makes access difficult for seniors.
- Value for Money8.0
Generally seen as affordable and good value given location and service, though isolated incidents (being charged for extra bed or receiving a lower room) hurt perception for some guests.
- Food and Beverage7.5
Breakfast reported as good but with limited variety; room service staff described as friendly and quick.
- Overall Experience8.4
Overall positive stays driven by location and helpful staff, tempered by maintenance, room comfort, and some cleanliness/amenity issues.
