It’s not my first time staying at this hotel good location, clean and affordable and always book through booking app

This time i booked a room which was available at booking then reached the hotel and show the booking confirmation to the register and they said there is no room available. They tried to tell me to cancel my booking and leave but i insisted because it was late. They kept me waiting till 3 am till they finally got a room.
