Our stay at Bedmanowska Hotel and Residence was nothing short of perfection. First and foremost, the most important part of our stay was the people. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always welcomed us with a warm smile. They were always willing to give us great recommendations, and whether answering our questions or offering advice, they gave us their honest opinions and genuinely cared about our experience. You literally couldn't ask for more, and whoever recruited these wonderful people deserves credit. The location is absolutely incredible. Main attractions and everywhere we wanted to go were a maximum 15 to 20-minute walk away, while everything else was right on the square. To top it off, the view from our room was amazing! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable throughout. Because it was our anniversary, the staff went the extra mile with special room decorations, which made our stay feel so personal and memorable. Even on our last day when we checked out early, they noticed the weather wasn't great and insisted we take an umbrella with us. That level of thoughtfulness truly sets them apart. We loved our stay in Krakow and will be recommending to all of our friends that they visit and they should definitely stay at the Bedmanowska. Thank you for making our stay special. We will never forget this holiday.
