Rezeptionistin bei der Abreise: Leider ganz anders: kein „Guten Morgen“, kein Dank für den Aufenthalt. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass der Mitarbeiterin die Arbeit wenig Freude macht. Schade, denn ein freundlicher Abschied rundet einen Aufenthalt ab. Frühstücksraum: Der Raum ist leider sehr laut. Die Mitarbeiter*innen am Empfang waren freundlich, trockneten aber direkt dort das Besteck ab, und das Klappern trug zusätzlich zur Lautstärke bei. Frühstück: Wenig Auswahl an Gemüse.

We booked a Junior Suite. In the suite we were first shown to, the wallpaper had come away from the wall. When I raised this as a complaint, the very friendly staff immediately arranged for us to move to a suite that was in good condition.
