住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.3

Generally described as clean and spacious with positive remarks about housekeeping, but several guests noted issues (towels discolored, maintenance needed in bathrooms, milk/coffee machine cleanliness concerns).

• Service9.9

Consistently praised: attentive, friendly and accommodating staff, helpful front desk, special attention for birthday arrangements and advance check-in; multiple mentions of staff going above and beyond.

• Location9.5

Repeatedly highlighted as very convenient — central, surrounded by restaurants and shopping, easy access; location is a clear strong point for most guests.

• Room Quality7.8

Mixed: rooms described as spacious and comfortable (good pillows), but several maintenance/aging issues reported (broken shower holder, faulty shower heads, bathroom doors, room showing age) lowering this score.

• Amenities8.6

Positive comments on gym, steam rooms, pool and indulgent on-site offerings (notably ice cream); some operational/service shortcomings noted (Gourmet Bar slow).

• Value for Money8.5

Some guests feel the hotel is slightly pricier than alternatives but many say service, room comfort and location justify the cost.

• Food and Beverage8.4

Buffet and breakfast frequently praised, enjoyed by families; issues include poor coffee from machines, occasional slow replenishment and slow Gourmet Bar service.

• Overall Experience9.4

Overall very positive stays reported (repeat guests, memorable birthday experiences, willingness to return), driven largely by excellent staff and convenient location despite some maintenance and F&B service issues.

I always stay here whenever I’m in Manila. The location is very convenient, clean and friendly staff.

During my stay this time, the bathroom doors are not working properly. But everything else is okay.

My family and I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Araneta Center, as I chose this location to celebrate my birthday. During the booking process, they have taken note of my request and even provided a birthday token. The buffet was amazing. We had a wonderful breakfast, and the kids enjoyed their time at the pool. Overall, I will consider Novotel as one of the places to check in.
