住客評價分析

• Cleanliness6.5

Multiple reviews report poor cleanliness: dirty dorm toilet left unclean for days, overflowing bins, mouldy shower curtain and yellow stains on bedding; some rooms are described as clean but overall cleanliness is a clear weakness.

• Service9.6

Staff repeatedly praised as friendly and helpful (support with tours, bike rental, reception assistance); one comment noted unwelcoming personnel, but the dominant sentiment is very positive service.

• Location9.0

Location frequently mentioned as very good: near centre, quiet neighbourhood, easy access to sights and many restaurants; convenient for tuk-tuk/scooter and walking to town.

• Room Quality7.5

Mixed room quality: some guests report clean, comfortable rooms and king-size beds, others cite worn mattresses, uncomfortable beds, AC not cooling and no hot water—overall slightly below average for this property.

• Amenities9.0

Amenities positively noted: nice salt-water pool, sunbathing desks, laundry and restaurant services, bike/scooter rental; some negatives include weak WiFi on upper floor and occasional lack of hot water.

• Value for Money9.5

Multiple guests call it excellent value/very economical for backpackers; strong consensus that price-to-quality is very good.

• Food and Beverage8.6

Limited direct comments on hotel F&B; guests note nearby good restaurants and an on-site restaurant exists—no strong complaints, so assigned target rating.

• Overall Experience9.1

Overall impressions are positive for many: relaxed atmosphere, good for meeting travellers, safe for solo travellers, enjoyable pool and friendly staff; balanced by some guests who would not stay long due to cleanliness/comfort issues.
