TV auto-plays cringe promo videos when you walk into the room and you have to mute/turn them off every time.

Limited facilities (only 1 washer and dryer in the ladies section, despite being a larger large hotel) Spa/Onsen available, but not tattoo friendly (I would have hoped that being one of the larger hotels with so many foreigners, it should have been tattoo friendly??)
