Location, location location. I saw they’re building new hotel, it’s good to have competition.

I was walked to the room, the ac was not on. I called regarding the ac, called twice, waited more than an hour. Ac is not really that cold, I feel like it’s colder outside. I just let it be. Then, went out around, came back to the room, to my surprise the fridge/cooler not working, like, it is warm inside. I called regarding it, someone came to check it, and confirmed that it’s not working. Not all staff speaks English, we use Google Translate, language barrier just adds up, because I was scheduled to have a massage at 6:30, and was trying to get it change later on or when I’m not at the room, the staff came in while I was showering 🫣😮💨. Breakfast is ok. The stay could have been better if they only check and make sure the room is ready? Like ac is working and fridge/chiller are working. For a big hotel like this, those should not been an issue. It just shows they don’t check it. I hope it’s just an isolated case.

Incredible Hospitality and a Fantastic Stay! We had a wonderful experience staying at the Mercure Danang French Village at Ba Na Hills. The room itself was absolutely fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It is truly a great and lovely place to stay. What really stood out to us, though, was the extraordinary care and attentiveness of the team. During our stay, my partner unfortunately became unwell, and the hotel staff immediately stepped in to help, sending medical personnel up to our room twice to check on him. Their quick response and genuine concern provided us with immense peace of mind. Despite the unexpected illness, the comfort of the hotel and the top-tier service made our stay excellent. We highly recommend this beautiful property for its unmatched care and hospitality!
