El trato de la recepcionista cuando llegamos, estábamos esperando, otros clientes y nosotros en la barra del bar, a los otros clientes, nativos,les sirvieron, y a nosotros nos dijo simplemente que el bar estaba cerrado, y se fue...se nos quedó carita de bobos....

The area looks a bit run down.
Camera grande, molto calda (forse pure un pochino troppo ma meglio che fredda), con bagno privato. Buona colazione, servizi del bar a ottimo prezzo (ho bevuto il cappuccino più economico del mio intero viaggio). C’è anche l’acqua filtrata gratuita.

Non lontanissimo dal centro (20-25 minuti a piedi), la zona non è il massimo anche se l’ostello ha una bella posizione vicino a un parco.

On the first day, the receptionist was very helpful. Although the room initially allocated to us was not clean, she kindly arranged another room, which was acceptable. We really appreciated her assistance. However, the experience on the following day was quite disappointing. One of the male receptionists was very rude and unhelpful. We simply requested a glass of hot water, but instead of showing basic courtesy, he insisted that we pay for it. He even advised us to get water from the kitchen sink. Honestly, the water from the kitchen tap wasn’t even hot. I am not sure why such a small request was handled so poorly. A little courtesy and basic customer service would have made a big difference. This was quite disappointing and certainly not the kind of hospitality we expected.
