The room cleaning is extremely poor. Housekeeping was basic with bed linen not changed for 5 days and floors that felt sticky.

Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire : une très grande variété de mets salés et sucrés de grande qualité, des fruits frais, et donc des jus frais. La chambre était assez spacieuse. Personnel très attentionné.

La piscine était vraiment très froide alors qu'il faisait plus de 30°c le jour (mais frais la nuit). Il était quasi impossible d'en profiter (séjour du 22 au 27 octobre 2026).
Personnels et surtout les femmes de ménages toujours souriante . Très bon petit déjeuner. Très bonne emplacement . Les piscines ne sont pas accessibles aux PMR pas de rampes pas de chaise articulé . On m’avait promis de me surclassé et de me faire visiter les autre chambres mais domage on m’a oublié

They didnt reply to an email I had sent prior to us arriving, and then ignored a 2nd message. We ate in the restaurant, and they charged us twice for our meal, an honest mistake, due to technology im sure. However, was passed from pillar to post to try and get a refund, noone would take accountability. We had to leave to fly home, and was assured it had been processed. Yet, no refund was ever given.
