I was moved to BE Tulum as Nomade was closed for reno. BE was gorgeous and the staff were so kind and caring. There was a whatsapp chat made with the concierges, and the expierence coordinator, José was so incredibly attentive- such a great person! I will be back and I haven't stopped raving about this place to friends and family. It's a short bike ride from a couple of big open cenotes. Food closeby was so good. The included breakfast at the hotel was very limited but it was nice.

the breakfast selection needs more. the taxi situation (it's extortionate)

I did not like that all of the wellness activities were cancelled because there were not enough participants. That is why we went there. But the hotel was still really beautiful. Just bummed about there being Temazcal ceremonies, and sound baths that were both cancelled. They shouldn't advertise those activities if they aren't going to really offer them. I would still maybe book there and just go to wellness services elsewhere because the place is beautiful.

Be cautious! The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and they will move your reservation to a different hotel without prior notice or consent.

No me gustó que llegamos a nomade y no nos habían avisado que el hotel ya no estaba en funcionamiento fue un momento de incomodidad porq no sabíamos que debíamos hacer gracias a Dios apareció un señor al rato que nos dijo que fuéramos a Be Tulum que estaban recibiendo las reservas de nomade alla. Esto me causó un poco de molestia ya que si este señor no aparece no teníamos como saberlo

No avisaron que nomade está cerrado y no está prestando el servicio actualmente y llegar al hotel y verlo cerrado y más que llegamos de noche fue una mala experiencia
