The water pooling in front of the hotel entrance making it difficult to walk in the area
The staff was exceptional. We were able to check in at 1pm instead of the usual check in time. The elevator was temporarily out of order, so a maintenance staff member carried our bags to the sixth floor for us. The beds were very comfy and the room was relatively quiet.

The location was central for what we wanted to see, so we had planned to walk most places, but this area is not pedestrian friendly. Taxis are readily available though.
