Room a little too small for 2 people..ok for a couple of nights. Problems with ID as we got there after reception closed. Room next to the lift.

Great location for all the amenities in central Funchal including shops, restaurants, transport and tours etc. The room and accommodation were smart and modern, very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation for a stay in Funchal.

We had booked this accommodation with breakfast which they were unable to provide. Obtaining a refund was an awkward process and required multiple requests, When a refund was eventually provided, it was well below the cost of alternative breakfast provision. The street outside our room was a bit noisy at times, particularly when the refuse collections were happening.

Bem localizado, pessoal muito disponível, e muito limpo. E tratando-se duma lua de mel, tiveram o cuidado e a simpatia, de decorar o quarto para o efeito e oferecerem 1 garrafa de espumante. Muito Obrigada!

Do facto de ter feito 1 reserva neste hotel e pago o pequeno almoço, e quando chegamos fomos informados que já não serviam o pequeno-almoço. Esta informação deveria ter sido comunicada aos clientes, para que pudessem optar por manter ou não a reserva. Tratando-se dum alojamento por razões de trabalho, em que a empresa é obrigada a assumir ajudas de custo, pode ter impacto negativo. Além do que tendo cancelado o serviço, o valor deveria ter sido depositado/creditado de imediato na conta do cartão que procedeu ao pagamento, para que com esse valor pudéssemos pagar o pequeno-almoço noutro lado, o que até ao dia de hoje ainda não aconteceu, e já saímos há 14 dias.
