Breakfast option was terrible. Restuarant was unpleasant and although we had a choice of three we only went to one as we didn’t want to walk around. Shame

I’ve just had my second stay at Poli House Hotel in Tel Aviv, having previously stayed here with my husband, and I was just as happy with my experience this time around. I was travelling on my own for a family wedding, and the hotel was the perfect choice. The location is fantastic, right by the entrance to Carmel Market and on lively Nahalat Binyamin Street. It’s such a vibrant area, full of life, with so much to see and do right on the doorstep. I also felt safe and comfortable exploring on my own. One of my favourite things about the hotel is the heated rooftop pool, which is open all year round. It’s such a bonus, especially when travelling in the off-season, and makes the hotel feel like a real treat whatever the time of year. What really makes Poli House special, though, is the staff. Matan, Lee and Mor were absolutely wonderful — so friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I was looked after, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their kindness made such a difference to my stay. It’s lovely to find a hotel you want to return to, and Poli House has become one of those places for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Tel Aviv, and I look forward to staying here again. A big thank you to Matan, Lee and Mor for making my visit so enjoyable!
