The location was great and the process to book the apartment was easy. Loved the kitchenette and laundry.

The air con didnt get to the bedroom and so was hot. The provided fan was extremely noisy. The main problem was that I arranged & booked 2 apartments. I booked these apartments so they could get a discount, as that didn't want a balcony or to pay for any extras. Our friends got an upgrade which included the balcony, 2 bedrooms and a bottle of wine. We got nothing!

well the room was okay but ver poor drainage in the shower the water went all over the floor the door in the spare bedroom bathroom is so dangerous as you can't get into shower without trying to turn the tap on and all the cupboard handles need some major attention

Spent 2 nights, then 2 days later came back for 3, location was exceptional, close to everything you needed. Got upgraded from 1 bedroom to 2 both times, very clean and tidy, nothing to complain about. Great view over the river from 22nd floor then 33rd floor. Special mention of Milan on reception, a lovely lady with a big smile who welcomed us both times and was always good for a chat when come through reception if she was free, thanks Milan
