The elevator voice had a strange foreign accent.

One staff member come across rude. Another started speaking to someone who came in after 2 of us had been waiting. Only one lift working staff and guests all trying to use the same one. Empty wine bottle and glasses left outside near our door was there from when we checked in till next day. Bed not comfy at all. For the price I would expect sachets of hot chocolate or biscuits or something. Not worth the money and would never stay again.
