The staff was extremely helpful, due to unforseen circumstances we booked in the last minute and arrived very early, they were very helpful and prepared the room for us almost immediatelly. The restaurant on the 5th floor is also excellent quality with a nice view.

"First of all, thank you so much for upgrading us to the Executive Suite! The room was absolutely beautiful and made our stay in Baku truly special. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly caring and attentive throughout our visit. While the location is a bit far from Nizami Street, it’s not an issue at all if you are comfortable with a pleasant 20-minute walk. Plus, the hotel is right next to the metro and main bus stations, making it incredibly convenient to visit major sights. Taxis are also easily available right from the property."
