住客評價分析
- Cleanliness7.6
Mixed comments: several reviews praise general cleanliness while multiple guests mention dirty terrace/breakfast area and at least one report of an unclean bathroom; overall below the target due to these recurring issues.
- Service9.2
Consistently positive: staff described as excellent, very friendly, accommodating and helpful (night check-in praised), supporting a strong service score.
- Location9.3
Very strong: repeatedly described as central, convenient, within walking distance of sights, close to cafes/restaurants and shops.
- Room Quality7.8
Mixed: some rooms described as large and well furnished, others small with small bathrooms, hard pillows and missing duvet covers; noise from street affected sleep for some guests.
- Amenities7.2
Some negative mentions: no safe in room, fridge not cooling, small/poorly ventilated lift and limited parking (paid), lowering the amenities score.
- Value for Money8.0
Generally seen as fair/good value with comments about price-quality being reasonable, though minor issues temper a higher score.
- Food and Beverage8.6
Breakfast is frequently praised as good, abundant and varied, though a few guests complained about poor quality/limited choice in some cases.
- Overall Experience7.9
Overall pleasant stays are reported but multiple small issues (cleanliness spots, room amenities, noise, parking) keep the overall experience slightly below higher ratings.

Excellent location just a short pedestrianised walk from the old centre, in a vibrant, safe neighbourhood with excellent eating options. The room was large and with high ceiling, efficient A/C, good wifi, decent shower room. The breakfast was excellent with good range of local dishes, fruit and plant-based options, and great coffee with secluded outdoor terrace.
