This was a wonderful hotel. They gave us a glass of prosecco upon arrival, upgraded our room, and treated us to a tin of biscuits during our stay. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. I thought the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive.

I'm not sure I disliked anything, actually. Maybe the location of this particular hotel isn't close to much but that isn't anything they can control.
Excellent check-in; extremely helpful Reception staff who arranged to look after our luggage at 8am whilst we went exploring, then messaged when the room was available. Room was clean and very comfortable. Spa was super - had a lovely swim. Dinner was gorgeous.

The Aviary was very loud, although in every other aspect it was sublime.
