Había hecho reserva por booking y al llegar al hotel le habían dado mi reserva a otra persona con lo que tuve que esperar media hora para que me solucionaran el problema e hicieran todo de modo manual. Por otro lado, al hacer check-out pretendían cobrarme todo de nuevo. Decir que pude explicar todo y mostrar los comprobantes pero mucha informalidad en la contratación. No recomiendo. Vas a trabajar y terminas estresado por el hotel no por el trabajo más allá de la buena onda de los empleados.
