Mixed signals: many guests describe rooms as 'nice and clean' but several reports note dirty kitchen/toilets on arrival, worn towels, and maintenance issues (bathtub/drain, sink).
- Service6.0
Mixed service feedback: some guests praise friendly, helpful staff while at least one guest reports poor communication and disagreement over house rules with the host.
- Location7.5
Consistently positive: many guests highlight the convenient location (near KLCC, Twin Towers, easy access to attractions) as a main benefit.
- Room Quality6.0
Mixed room impressions: several guests find rooms comfortable and tidy, but others report issues (non-functional AC in a room, lazy/poor decoration, hard beds, noisy road, misleading bedroom layout).
- Amenities7.0
Amenities receive fairly good notes (clean pool, attractive skydeck, homestay-like facilities) though there are complaints about elevator wait times and intermittent hot water.
- Value for Money7.0
Generally seen as good value: multiple guests call the price affordable and recommend for couples/families; value is a recurring positive theme.
- Food and Beverage6.5
No specific mentions of food or F&B in reviews; assigned baseline rating.
- Overall Experience6.0
Overall mixed: many very positive stays and recommendations contrasted with several notable negatives (cleanliness/maintenance, listing accuracy, host communication) leading to a middling overall impression.
