住客評價分析
- Cleanliness7.0
Mostly reported as clean in several reviews, but there is a serious negative report of cockroaches and some mentions of older/smaller rooms affecting perceived cleanliness.
- Service7.8
Staff and reception widely praised for friendliness and responsiveness; multiple guests thanked specific staff (receptionists, housekeeping). Some service issues noted (late-night room change for AC, restaurant staff described as aggressive).
- Location8.8
Location repeatedly highlighted as a strong positive (many mentions of 'L’emplacement' and 'Very nice location').
- Room Quality6.5
Mixed reports: comfortable beds and clean rooms for some guests, but others mention old/small rooms, poor soundproofing, and AC failures requiring room changes.
- Amenities7.0
Pool and pool entertainment are appreciated, but the pool is noted as small (volleyball takes up space) and there are complaints about late-night DJ noise and breakfast access/signage.
- Value for Money6.5
A few guests felt the price (including via Booking.com) was higher than expected; overall value perceptions are mixed.
- Food and Beverage6.8
Breakfast is described as nice (fresh eggs/omelettes) but there are operational issues (no clear access/signage) and some guests reported poor behaviour from restaurant staff regarding water.
- Overall Experience8.0
Many guests describe a pleasant stay and recommend the hotel, thanks largely to location, friendly staff, cleanliness and comfortable beds, though notable negatives (noise, cockroaches, AC problems) temper the experience.
