住客評價分析

• Cleanliness9.0

No specific comments on cleanliness in the reviews; rooms are described as 'cozy' and 'well cared for' so assume standard quality for this hotel tier.

• Service9.5

Multiple mentions of very friendly, helpful and attentive staff (named staff like Yin and Mr. Tan praised); reception team repeatedly highlighted for good assistance.

• Location9.5

Consistently praised: adjacent to Wenshu Monastery, quiet pedestrian streets, close to metro (Line 1 ~5 min), authentic and convenient for local exploration; some notes that other attractions require a taxi and the hotel could use clearer signage.

• Room Quality8.2

Rooms described as comfortable, well equipped and cosy with very comfy beds, but a few mentions of slightly old furniture and one comment that a double bed is a bit narrow for two.

• Amenities8.6

Breakfast facilities strongly praised, but limited other amenities mentioned; one report of unstable internet in a room and several notes about no elevator (many stairs).

• Value for Money9.0

Standard quality for this hotel tier (not directly discussed in reviews).

• Food and Beverage9.5

Breakfast repeatedly praised as very good, varied (Chinese and international), with many vegetarian options and daily variety; described as tasty, substantial and diverse.

• Overall Experience8.7

Overall very positive stays reported: authentic atmosphere, charming building, helpful staff and great breakfasts; minor issues (internet, signage, some old furniture) slightly lowered the overall impression.
