The staff were so friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, spacious and styled beautifully. Great food, pool and atmosphere. We had spa treatments and they were superb. Highly recommend!

EL hotel es espectacular lo mires por donde lo mires. Lo bonito que es, lo bien cuidado que está, el personal que se da al 300%, los servicios que ofrecen, el desayuno gourmet, la limpieza dos veces al día y 'por la tarde te tratan un detalle de picoteo, un cuento y previsión del tiempo. La habitación super amplia, el baño hasta con bañera de piedra, sales exfoliantes, cremas, los cócteles, masajes...Estaban atentos a todo. La ubicación y la seguridad con militares en la puerta.

Beautiful hotel, lovely and green with plants and foliage. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. Very happy that they had nice gluten free bread when asked. We had a poolside room - very spacious with nice seating area outside.

Slightly away from the main area, but not really a problem.

Very nice treatment from the girls at the reception desk (especially Justine), and the rest of the hotel staff. The amenities are incredible and we had a very nice and relaxing experience.

We were a couple looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, on two days, the pool (right in front of the rooms) was full of children screaming and splashing around from as early as 7 a.m. We understand that the behaviour of a few ill-mannered children is not necessarily the hotel’s fault. However, the hotel may want to reconsider its children policy, particularly if it is aiming to attract a more adult-oriented clientele.
