住客評價分析

• Cleanliness9.5

Multiple reviews call the hotel exceptionally clean (e.g., 'the cleanest I’ve ever seen', 'habitaciones super espaciosas y limpias', '環境整潔漂亮'), indicating consistently high cleanliness.

• Service9.6

Extensive praise for staff friendliness, helpfulness and attentive service (helping with excursions, keeping luggage safe, returning forgotten items), justifying a top score.

• Location9.0

Location is repeatedly praised as excellent, central and quiet; a few notes about being on a small alley where Grab may not enter and Sunday market road closures slightly lower the score.

• Room Quality9.3

Rooms described as spacious, comfortable with good bathrooms and direct pool access; generally very positive comments on room size and comfort.

• Amenities8.8

Good amenities noted (pools, boutique facilities, luggage storage), but a few mentions of missing items (no in-room coffee machine) and some facilities not being maintained lower this slightly.

• Value for Money9.2

Standard quality for this hotel tier

• Food and Beverage8.9

Breakfast is often described as good or simple and tasty and bar food praised, but a few comments mention underwhelming breakfast or small breakfast space at peak times.

• Overall Experience9.3

Many guests say they would return ('We will be back!', 'Would stay here again'), calling the stay peaceful, perfect and exceptional — overall very positive.

Need some attractive mats vs towels laid on floors in common areas near pools/entrance.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Thai Akara! The property is beautiful, impeccably clean, and has such a peaceful garden atmosphere. The pools were lovely, and the courtyard lighting at night created a truly magical ambiance. Our room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the breakfast hosts, who were always so helpful and kind. Every detail made our stay feel special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai!
